Your dog will be picked up in the morning from your home and dropped off in the evening to save you from worrying about having to get them to day care. A normal day will be structured, with a walk in the park straight after pick up to burn off some energy. Then there will be periods of play and exercise throughout the day, with some set times for rest to prevent your dog from over exerting themselves. Puppy Care

If you have a new puppy and feel bad about having to leave them for a long period during work we can help. This period can be made a lot easier for you with our puppy care service. The first few months of a dogs life are vital in their development, with general behavioural training and toilet training hugely important in this time.

There is a difficult period where puppies want to do more than they can. It is important not to over exercise puppies due to their musculoskeletal development. Too much exercise at a young age could cause joint problems as an adult. Our puppy care service can help out during this time. Our time (depending on age) can include:

  • A short walk reinforcing early training
  • Topping up water and feeding if required
  • Cleaning up any accidents
  • Playtime

Puppies must be older than 8 weeks and be fully vaccinated to go on any walks.

During this time as their stamina builds and they grow they can then move on to our longer walks and then day care if required. It’s a great way to get your puppy socialised with other dogs from an early age too.

All dogs need regular exercise and daily walks make for a happy and healthy dog. However this can sometimes be difficult due to long working hours or perhaps reduced mobility. We provide 60 minute walks that will leave your dog tired, happy and fulfilled. Whether it just be the odd day here and there or regular daily walks, your dog is assured of a fun and entertaining walk.

Our dog walking service in Northampton includes picking up your dog from you at a convenient time and going for a walk in a local park. Your dog’s walk will include pro-active games and basic obedience exercises to benefit both you and your dog. Your dog will be walked together with other dogs as a small group. This provides a great chance for your dog to play and socialise with others.

After the walk your dog will be returned home to you happy and tired after an excellent work out. We will do our best to make sure the dog is clean before entering your house again and if you’re not there we can top up their water.

Prices

A walk once or twice a week is £12 per hour
A walk three times or more per week is £11 per hour
An extra dog from the same household is an extra £5 per hour
